The Best Times to Drink Water


So these are the ideal times for you to gulp down your glass of water but you'll notice that this is only 5 out of the recommended 8 glasses of water you should be drinking. It's so important to drink your 2 liters of water everyday for your health, not only is it great for your body but also for your skin!

I drink a glass of water as soon as I wake up to get my body going and I always drink a glass before I go to bed. I also keep a glass of water next to my bed and have a sip whenever I go to the bathroom because when you are sleeping you are going without water for 6-8 hours so it's best to keep a glass on your nightstand!

Go on and grab your water bottle ;)

  1. I read the other day that the right amount of water to drink is your body weight in pounds divided by 2 and that equals the amount of ounces you should drink per day. I don't know how true that is. I just try get in 6-8 glasses.
    Only thing is I cannot drink water before bed or else I wee the whole night long you know. I got to have water at least 2 hours before bed
