Hello Health: Vitamins

Vitamins in food


I found this on a fitness blog awhile ago and wanted to share it with you as I thought it was really interesting to see what food has what vitamins in it, and what each vitamin does for your body.

Its important to get lots of Vitamin A in your body as it helps boost your immune system, hence helping you to fight off winter colds!
