I love choosing a banana as a healthy snack during the day, or as a quick bite to eat on my way out, and they are so great to add to your smoothie.
Here are a few of the benefits from adding a banana to your meal plan everyday:


A great banana snack that I just love:
Slice a banana up, spread some peanut butter on and sprinkle some cinnamon :)
