Pineapples
Pineapples are one of my favourite fruits, they are little rays of summer sunshine in my opinion. Great to snack on, add to smoothies or use for garnishing - here are a few other great benefits about pineapples
# Bromelain - reduces inflammation
# Vitamin C - Immune system supporter
# Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) - Responsible for the development of energy in the body
# Manganese - helps with bone formation; healing wounds and maintaining healthy skin
# Phosphorous - Required for bone and teeth formation
# Vitamin A - excellent antioxidant
Need another reason to add it to your juice or smoothie? I dont think so!
